Property costs are the owner's. Where Nestr arranges one, it is passed through at actual cost with no markup and itemized in the portal.

| Billing | Monthly in advance, charged to the payment method on file, starting on the date of your first payment. |

| Cancellation | Either party may cancel with thirty days' written notice. No cancellation fee. The final month is not prorated. |
| Refunds | Fees already billed for a completed service period are not refunded. Cancellation stops future billing after the notice period. |
| Fee changes | No more than once in any twelve months, with sixty days' notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect. |
